Cu /Al Conductor PVC Insulation Non Armoured Power Cable
A. Standard
It is manufactured under IEC 60502 standard.
B.Using Features
1.Rated voltage includes 0.6/1kv,1.8/3kv,3.6/6kv,6/6kv,6/10kv,8.7/10kv,8.7/15kv,12/20kv,18/30kv.
2.The highest allowed operating temperature of conductor for long-term working is 90°C. In short-Circuit (Max. long term is no more than 5 seconds),the highest temperature for conductor is no more than 250°C.
3. D.C Resistance of the conductor complies with the stipulations of IEC 60502.
4.The installing environment temperature should be no lower than 0°C. Otherwise it should be preheated. The Min. bending radius should be no smaller than 15 times of cable outer diameter.
5. The cable is laid without horizontal drop limit.
6. Working Frequency Voltage Test:
For cable of 3.6kv or lower:2.5 times of the Rated voltage 5 minutes without puncture
For cable of 3.6kv-18kv:3.5 times of the rated voltage 5 minutes without puncture
For cable of 20kv-30kv:2.5 times of the rated voltage 30minutes without puncture
7.Partial Discharge Test:
The discharge volume should be no more than 10pc under 1.73 times of rated voltage for cable.
8. Flame retardant cable could endure firing test in bundle stipulated IEC 60331.

2, Insulation: High dentisy XLPE insulation
3, Armoured: steel wire armoured, or stainless steel wire armoured, Aluminum wire armoured for single core.
4, Sheath: PVC,PE,LSOH material is available, with exellent UV resistance if use PE or LSOH material.
PERFORMANCE:
XLPE insulated power cable, either chemical method or physical method is employed to transform the molecular structure of PE from chain into three-dimensional network, i.e. thermo-plastc PE is transformed into thermosetting XLPE, After cross-linking, the thermal and mechanical properties of PE have been greatly improved while its exellent electrical property are still retained.
The mechanical and electrical properties of these cables are accordant with GB/T12706-2002 Power cables extruded insulation and their accessories of elated voltages 1kV(Um=1.2kV)up to 35kV(Um=40.5kV) and IEC60502-1997 Extruded insulation power cables and appendices for rated voltages 1kV up to 30kV
